CONSTRUCTION INFORMATION - story page number eighteen
More of the Benelli's components are shot-blasted to rid them of their 30 odd years of corrosion. The recently drilled brake discs can be clearly seen. The shot or bead-blasting to give it its correct terminology is a simple and effective way of de-rusting metal components. But it does struggle to work in very tight confines because it needs an ideal 90 deg angle of attack to work correctly.
