Because JENAL's kitchen (galley) visually runs into the lounge, it has been a design challenge to give it a kitchen identity which doesn't argue with the saloon-lounge.

We have chosen to construct both the fitted kitchen and the lounge cabinetry from Biedermeier inspirations.  This is 100 plus year old cabinet design that still has a contemporary look and feel. It is a solid construction design with a balanced, delicate influence with its inlays.

Generally we are favouring a lighter natural wood look with a satin hand waxed finish. Added to this will be Shaker influenced kitchen door finish in matt ivory. The few upper kitchen doors & dresser unit will have rounded edged panels with ivory coloured inserts.
